These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.novatechsolut.com and any purchase from NovaTechSolut, operated by NOVA TECH SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with a parent’s or guardian’s involvement. We sell to customers with shipping addresses in the United States only.
2. Products and information
We aim to describe products, images and prices accurately. Colors and details may vary slightly by screen. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm or cancel.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors or items unavailable). If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.
7. Product use and safety
Use products only as described in their instructions and comply with local codes. Some products (for example, gas appliances or door hardware) may require professional installation. Read all safety information before use.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Except for any written warranty provided with a product and your rights under our Return & Refund Policy, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you. Any manufacturer warranty is passed on to you where available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for activity under your account.
11. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos and design) belongs to NOVA TECH SOLUTIONS LLC or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
12. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, unless you are entitled to bring it in small-claims court or in your home state under applicable consumer law.
